Steve L. Yagla, P.E. Vice-President of Engineering & Sales

Steve joined H. A. Phillips & Co. in 2003. He has over 15 years experience in commercial and industrial product development and project management. His engineering background is in refrigeration systems and heat transfer. He earned BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, as well as an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of ASHRAE, IIAR and RETA and sits on the Board of Directors of the Chicago RETA Chapter. Steve holds a PE license in the State of Illinois. |

Herbert Rosen Engineering Consultant

Herb Rosen worked at H. A. Phillips & Co. from 1950 to 2004. Since his retirement from full-time work, he remains active as a part-time consultant for us, coming into the office a few days a week. Herb is one of the industry's principal authorities on gas pressure recirculation systems and we feel fortunate to have his continued participation in our business. Herb is a past president of RETA National and has a lifetime of involvement with educating refrigeration engineers and technicians. |

Glen has a lifelong history of working in the Industrial Refrigeration market in Sales, Design, and Consulting. Glen is a licensed engineer in Wisconsin and Texas, and is a member of ASHRAE, IIAR and RETA. |

Michael has been working for HA Phillips since 2008 and comes to our company with extensive experience in the pump industry, where he has held positions in Design, Applications and Sales. Michael's focus of expertise is on Phillips valves and accessories and the complete line of Danfoss industrial refrigeration equipment. Michael has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Business Management minor from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Michael is a member of RETA and IIAR. |

Michael R. Ryan President & Chief Executive Officer

Mike has worked at H. A. Phillips & Co. since 1998. He has held positions in engineering, manufacturing and quality since 1971. Mike’s responsibilities included managing the Company’s manufacturing and quality assurance operations and has been President since August 2005.
Mike is originally from Tampa, Florida. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Southern Mississippi. Mike is a Certified Production and Inventory Manager and has been a registered professional engineer since 1982. He is a member of ASME and ASQ. |
